Services We Provide:  

All U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) v4 project designs and submittals. These include:

  • Indoor & outdoor water reduction analysis 
  • Reducing parking footprint 
  • Green vehicle considerations 
  • Sensitive land protection 
  • Construction activity pollution prevention 
  • Site assessments 
  • Enhanced indoor air quality strategies 
  • Material recycling and reuse 
  • Construction indoor air quality management plans 
  • Site development; protect/restore habitats 
  • Rainwater management 
  • Light pollution reduction 
  • Optimizing energy performance 
  • Renewable energy production 
  • Green power and carbon offsets 
  • Building lifecycle impact 

Mechanical and Electrical Efficiency Audits:

  • Catalog mechanical and electrical devices within an existing facility or design 
  • Develop operational efficiency calculations 
  • Identify opportunities for reducing operational expenses, present findings in a deliverable 

Grants and Rebates Review:

  • Compare project scope to applicable state and federal grant and rebate programs
  • Assist clients in understanding guidelines and timing requirements for applications

Permitting & Zoning Evaluations:

  • Compare project scope to applicable city, state, and federal permit requirements 
  • Create matrices and submit information for inclusion into definition/feasibility studies 

Site Selection Services:

  • Interface with economic development teams across multiple states  
  • Create comparative matrices for viable properties 
  • Analyze site development and operational economic factors such as local utility, tax, labor, and permitting costs as well as economic development aid opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports


We are a critical thinking, problem solving group of can-doers who turn questions of “is it possible” into clear paths forward through our diligent detail-oriented research and creative troubleshooting calculations.  We are looking for a tenacious individual who is comfortable with taking on challenges to transform a desired outcome into a completed deliverable.  Desired skills and knowledge include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent job experiences 
  • Being LEED Accredited Professional (AP) Certified or LEED experience is preferred 
  • Strong ability to perform calculations in multiple disciplines of engineering 
  • Previous experience in sustainable engineering practices  
  • Experience in energy modeling or performing life cycle analysis is preferred  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
